FITNESS CENTER
The Villages 2,800 square-foot Fitness Center comes equipped with cardiovascular and weight machines to
help keep you in shape. To ensure everyone exercises safely—and with confidence—new residents to the
Center attend a Fitness Center demonstration. If enjoying our outside amenities isn’t for you, our Fitness
Center is the perfect choice to get your exercise.
POOLS & JACUZZI
The Villages is home to four perfect-temperature pools, each located at our Community Centers—Cribari,
Foothill, Montogomery and Vineyard. Our pools come in all shapes and sizes to cater to any water activity-
whether joining the water jazzercise class, taking a quick dip, or getting your laps in. While you're there, if cool
and refreshing isn’t for you, join your friends in the jacuzzi. And every poolside offers a chance for visitors to
lounge around or relax at any of our shaded tables.
LIBRARY
The Villages Library is a volunteer-run, community-based library. It
offers a variety of reading materials including hardcover, paperback,
and large-print books, as well as audiobooks, CDs, and a selection of
movies. Residents can access a community computer and enjoy
complimentary wireless internet, which is also available at various
community centers.
STABLES
For a rental fee, residents can house their horses at The Villages
local stables. The stable amenities include a barn, paddocks,
hillside pastures, and an outside exercise area. Additionally,
there are seven designated bridle paths situated in our nearby
foothills.
RV LOT
An RV lot with all the necessities, The Villages offers fee-based,
on-site storage for resident-owned and registered recreational
vehicles, boats and trailers. RVs remain behind a locked gate
monitored 24x7 by our security cameras.
CRIBARI CENTER
The Villages offers full-service packages customized to your
dreamLocated in Cribari Village on Cribari Lane, this center is the
keystone of the four community centers. The facility hosts a multi-
use auditorium, the Fitness Center, a pool, a spa, several meeting
rooms, dedicated card rooms, a post office, a community library,
guest rooms, a woodshop, arts and crafts room, billiards, a ceramics
room, and Wi-Fi service.come-true wedding, and rehearsal dinner
spaces to complete the celebration.
MONTGOMERY CENTER
When it's time for your corporate event we have you covered.
The Villages has 6,000 square feet of room accommodations and
our event planners know every inch.
VINEYARD CENTER
Located at the intersection of Villages Parkway and Fairway
Drive, the Vineyard Center hosts a pool, jacuzzi and social hall
with kitchen. The social hall accommodates up to 70 people and
is equipped with a public address system, projection screen, and
Wi-Fi service.
FOOTHILL CENTER
Located at the intersections of Fairway Drive, Village View Drive
and Olive Grove Way, the Foothill Center hosts a swimmer's pool,
jacuzzi and social hall with kitchen. The social hall accommodates
up to 100 people for dining, or up to 125 people for meetings.
There is a barbecue area near the main entrance to the facility. The
social hall is equipped with a public address system, projection
screen, and Wi-Fi service.
Hiking Trails
There are more than 500 acres of hillside open space, which include seven hiking trails offering
recreational opportunities ranging from easy to challenging experiences. Trails offer hikers vistas
overlooking Santa Clara Valley, wildlife and beautiful scenery.
Gardens
For those who find gardening relaxing as well as productive in providing fresh vegetables for the
table, The Villages provides two separate gardens. The first and oldest has 60 individual garden
plots and the second has 37 garden plots.
Gazebo Park
Gazebo Park is a picnic and barbecue facility. It features mature shade trees, electricity and
running water. There are picnic tables to accommodate up to 150 people and two large
charcoal barbecue pits. A small group of four tables and two small charcoal barbecue pits are
available without reservations (adjacent to the bocce courts)
Guest Rooms
Two bocce courts are available for residents and their guests by reservation. Courts are located adjacent
to Gazebo Park’s picnic area. There are Bocce Bashes most Fridays throughout the year, and with Gazebo
Park nearby, you can have a great time with your family at Gazebo Park and the bocce courts.
