Photo Copy Service
Basic photocopies, 5 cents for 1 sided copies and 8 cents for double sided copies. A selection of colored paper is available for slightly more. Reductions and enlargements are also available. (Publications may only be copied with written consent from the author.)

Fax Service
Faxes may be sent or received for $1.00 per page. The fax number is (408) 274-2843.

Notary Service
Notary service is available by appointment only. Standard fees apply.

Senior BART Tickets, Directories and Documents for Sale
The Villages telephone directories, The Villages governing documents and BART tickets are available for sale.

Payment Options
Payments may be made in cash or charged to your house or club account.
(Please advise your club treasurer prior to charging to a club account.)

Class/Trip/Event Registration
Register here for the many classes, trips and events sponsored by the Community Activities office.

Hotel Reservations
Four hotel rooms are available to rent for residents and their guests. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance by calling 274-4400.

Villager Advertising Support
The office staff is available if assistance is needed with placing a classified ad or submitting an article for The Villager newspaper. The current issue and a limited supply of past issues of The Villager newspaper are available in the lobby.

Correspondence Mail Boxes
District Advisory Committees and other Board appointed committees have mailboxes in the lobby should residents need to correspond with them.

Villages maps, insurance information, club and committee information with current contacts, recycling information, web site information, board notices and club event information are available in the office. The office staff will be happy to answer questions and direct residents to proper resources.
