Classes such as low impact Jazzercise, Stretch & Tone, Aqua Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Arthritis Water classes, Walking for Better Balance, Parkinson’s class, Zumba, and Dance Your Buns Off are designed for The Villages’ community.
