Position Open: Facilities Technician

Reports to: Operations Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-time
Work Schedule: M-F, 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (lunch break at 2 p.m.)

Responsibilities:
• Routine building maintenance, including plumbing and electrical
• Ensure prompt response to and timely completion of work orders
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and proper functionality of his tools and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Comply with company policies
• Enforce safety practices, procedures and rules and report any unsafe work condition, tool or equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years experience
• Clear DMV record
• Drug testing
• Background check
• Excellent communication skills, command of the English language
• Ability to work independently as well as under direction
• Excellent physical condition and mobility
