Architectural Committee

ALL villa and single-family homeowners are required to obtain Architectural Committee (AC) approval PRIOR to making ANY alteration involving common-area property or affecting the external appearance of their residence

This requirement includes common alterations such as sun screens, awnings, satellite TV dishes, window replacements, structural installations and/or modifications, and even landscaping improvements.

Information about the AC review process and specific alteration requirements can be found in The Villages Association and Homeowners Rule. Architectural Control Alteration Applications and additional information can be obtained from the Maintenance Office at the Corporation Yard, or you may contact AC Administrator:
