Architectural Control Committee
ALL villa and single-family homeowners are required to obtain Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval PRIOR to making ANY alteration involving common-area
property or affecting the external appearance of their residence
This requirement includes common alterations such as sun screens, awnings, satellite TV dishes, window replacements, structural installations and/or modifications, and even landscaping improvements.
